Delete Your Data or Account

Delete saved transcripts, and keep your account

Saved transcript history is a Premium feature. If you have never subscribed, nothing you dictate is saved on our servers and there is nothing here to delete.

1. Open LomiSpeak and go to the Speak tab.
2. Tap the microphone, dictate, and then tap History on the card that appears.
3. To remove one transcript, tap Delete on it and confirm.
4. To remove all of them at once, open the menu at the top right and tap Clear all history, then confirm.
5. To stop new dictations being saved at all, open that same menu and turn off Save new dictations.

This removes the transcript text from our servers straight away, with no additional retention period. Your account, name, email address, subscription and daily usage counts are left untouched — only the saved text is deleted.

Delete your whole account, in the app

1. Open LomiSpeak and go to the Speak tab.
2. Tap the account icon in the top right corner.
3. Sign in, if you are not signed in already. An account can only be deleted by the person signed in to it.
4. Scroll to the bottom of the Account screen and tap Delete account.
5. Confirm when asked. Your account and its data are removed straight away.

If you have an active subscription, cancel it first in the Google Play Store (Menu → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → LomiSpeak → Cancel). The app will ask you to do this before it can delete the account, so that a renewal cannot be charged to an account that no longer exists.

If you cannot reach the Account screen — for example you have uninstalled the app — email support@lomisolutions.com from the email address on the account, with “Delete my account” as the subject. We will confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days, and normally much sooner.

What is deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes all of it from our servers:

• Your account record, including your name and email address.
• Your sign-in credential itself, whether you signed in with Google, Apple, or an email address.
• Your subscription tier and daily usage counts.
• Every saved transcript, including any voice-typed text you chose to keep.

What is not stored in the first place

• Voice recordings. Audio is transcribed and discarded immediately; there is nothing left to delete.
• What you type on the keyboard. Keystrokes are never collected, logged, or sold.

What is kept, and for how long

We keep nothing of your account after deletion, and there is no additional retention period on our side.

Your purchase and payment records are held by Google Play, not by us. Google keeps those under its own policy, for tax and accounting reasons, and we cannot delete them on your behalf. To ask about them, use Google Play support.

Using the app afterwards

LomiSpeak keeps working after deletion. The keyboard, the fidel chart, handwriting and the free daily allowance of voice typing all need no account. You can create a new account later; it will start empty.
